I loved Grandpa very much and have so many fond memories of him growing up. One of my favorite memories was when he dressed up as Santa Claus one Christmas. Grandma and Grandpa would always come over early on Christmas morning, and we would all have breakfast together and open presents. I still remember how funny it was seeing Grandpa dressed as Santa. It made Christmas feel so special.
I also loved playing poker with Grandpa at every family gathering, and he really helped grow my love for the game. I became so obsessed with poker that one year Grandma and Grandpa got me my own poker set for Christmas so I could play with my friends. I’ll always remember playing poker with Grandpa and all the money he managed to win back from me over the years, lol. He was always ready to go all in.
Another one of my favorite memories was when Grandma and Grandpa Randall would come over for dinner whenever Grandma Minh was in town. We would all sit together eating egg rolls, and Grandpa would always dip his egg rolls in BBQ sauce, which was just so perfectly him. Everyone loved Grandpa so much, and he will always be remembered by all of us.
