Sweet Sandy, You were a gift to our family and especially to my mom. Your friendship meant a lot to her and you definitely brought joy to her and all of your friends. We were so lucky and blessed to have had you in our lives. This has been a difficult week for everyone trying to grasp and grieve that you are now in Heaven when days before we were celebrating your birthday and the holidays. We will miss you, Sandy. We love you.
It saddens me that Sandy won't be in our lives anymore, except for precious memories of her. These are good memories of a wonderful friend that I've known for only 1-1/2 years. We shared everything in common so it was a pleasure to talk to her over the phone or at the WU Senior Center where we met. She had a number of health problems, but always bounced back which made me happy. I miss her presence at the activities we attended as she was warm and friendly to all.
