August 23 2019 I only saw Mr Comeaux on occasion when I worked with his son at Dominion Steel Specialties. He smiled alot and was always happy to talk to you, I did not know he was born in Abbeville Louisiana. My mother was born there also. It looks like we were all part of the grand old French people that came to Louisiana from Nova Scotia. So happy you had a long life and enjoyed your children. They were lucky to have a dad that loved all the children and lived long enough to enjoy the grand and great grand children. I turned 80 last February and am still fighting cancer. Every day is a gift!! I send my love!! Sorry I did not know of his passing until now!

To All of Bob's Children,

Bob was proud of all his children and who they are today. Even more - he cherished his memories of your mother and all of you as you grew up.

One day, while talking about places we have been and enjoyed, he thought of Garner State Park. With the biggest smile on his face, Bob said, "We had so much fun there with our children." His face and eyes were glowing with love and happy memories! Bob looked as if he had stepped back in time - for just a moment.

Praying for the family. Our daughter Becca was loved by Robert like she was his own grandchild when she married Brian Comeaux. We always enjoyed spending time with Robert at family functions when we joined the Comeaux family. You will be be missed.
