Great Uncle Julian was my Grandaddy, William (Bill) Walton's brother and we did not get to see him very often. I remember seeing him once or twice at Grandaddy's house when we happen to be visiting Grandaddy, and once again at Grandaddy's funeral. Julian was a very nice man and had some interesting stories to tell. I remember his smile. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. We want to extend our deepest sympathy and condolences to all his family and friends. May warm memories bring you peace and may God bless and comfort you all during this sad and difficult time.

Always remember Uncle Julian as a sweet and caring man. He always had a big smile and his laugh was contagious. Hanging out at Grandma's house, with Aunt Bertha was where as a kid remembered him most. He always had a big cigar and it smelled like cherries. We were thankful and blessed that we got to visit with him at his 100th Birthday party and to me, he hadn't changed a bit. Maybe without the big cigar, but still full of big smiles and laughs. I only met Uncle Julian once and that was at my granddaddy's funeral in Augusta, Ga. He had some fabulous stories. I just got the privilege of sending him a card for his 100th birthday celebration. My thoughts and prayers go out to his children and grandchildren. Love Wendell Johnson!

To Family of Uncle Julian

Our memories of uncle Julian go back to the early 1950's when he and his brothers came down from Houston, Texas to visit us in Georgia. We were real young but remember Sandra, Linda, and Tommy Jo. We were so glad to see them and play together. If only we could go back in time. I remember how handsome Uncle Julian was and his wife Bertha. There were a few other times when they came to visit us.
