Mrs. Joy U. Anderson's Obituary
Mrs. Joy U. Anderson of Galveston, Texas passed away Wednesday, May 3, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband Otis Anderson; parents, Lester and Aurellia Bashaw; brother, Bob Brashaw. Mrs. Anderson is survived by her children, Sharon Mayer and husband Kenny, Doug Anderson and wife Marlene, Matt Anderson and partner Lisa Hinds; grandchildren, Kristen Mayer, Erin Mayer, Maddison McDonald and husband Michael, Nina Chavez, Forrest Anderson and wife Jasmine, Audra Anderson; great-grandchildren, June McDonald, Shelby McDonald, Devin Bridgewater, Ashton Chavez, Cali Chavez and Maverick Anderson. The family will receive friends Sunday, May 7, 2017 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Southpark Funeral Home 1310 North Main St. Pearland, Texas 77581. Funeral service will be held Monday, May 8, 2017 in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in Southpark Cemetery.
