Jo (Joie) Ann Belajonas' Obituary
Joie known to many as “Yaya” passed away on Thursday, August 8, 2024. We still hear your voice and feel your love around us.
She was the kind of woman that valued order and respect, she always spoke her mind, whether you wanted to hear it or not. Yaya was funny, loving and she always gave the best gifts. It will be impossible to forget her one-of-a-kind personality! Thank you for “loving us more” knowing that you’re at peace without any pain brings comfort to our broken hearts. You will be forever missed.
Predeceased by her parents and reunited with her son James, Yaya’s memory will be cherished and kept alive by her daughter and son-in-law, Anjelique and Wayne Priestly; granddaughter Jourdan Bimage and husband Chad; grandson Brandon Ellison and wife Kaylee; grandson Evanston Priestly; adored great grandchildren Hayden Ellison, Logan James Ellison, Chad Bimage Jr, Cameryn Bimage and Arya Ellison; brother Beau; cousin Patti and husband Mike; nieces Aura, Autumn, Jasmine and nephew Beau Dilan.
Aligned with her wishes, the family will celebrate her life privately.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that her love for pot belly pigs be recognized by sending donations to www.ziggysrefuge.org
