Brother Ed,
I remember the days when we would sit next to each other in our patrol units and talk about life. I remember those gold teeth and that big smile. You always looked like you were up to something, but you were just being you. :) I remember our Harriet Tubman talk....lol.
I remember you showing me photos of all of your children, and telling me how Timothy would make you smile in the mornings. Your devotion to getting your son from football practice, and visiting your mother in the nursing home. And lastly our talks about your retirement, how your wife was going to keep you busy in her shop, and all the days I begged you to stay one more year :) I won't be there to see you off personally but I know you are in heaven (you would keep your bible in the patrol unit with you daily and read it), just another memory. I will miss you Ed! I pray that God will give your family strength during this very trying time.
