I first met Buffy when she was 4 months old. I fell in love with her and her sweet mom, my cousin, so generously allowed me to take her to visit my grandmother, Aunt Gusta. I was a frequent visitor to Mae and Charles's home when I visited Kerrville. Buffy and I stayed in touch through Facebook for a period of time. My heart is broken to hear of her transition.
