Dee Ann (Grigsby) Boyd, aged 60, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, August 12, 2018. She is survived by her loving husband, Bruce, and children, Charles and Ian. She was the daughter of Charles W. Grigsby, Jr. and Annie B. Read Obituary
Dee was such a ray of sunshine. She brightened the room wherever she was. Those of us girls fortunate to have recent precious memories of her, will never forget that sweet voice and smile and her loving personality. Arlla, Laurie and I got together with Dee one weekend not too long ago and had THE best time.....playing games, listening to music and reminiscing about our childhoods. And every time I hear Uptown Funk, I'll think of you, Dee Ann! Dee loved her friends and she adored her family. To Bruce, Charles and Ian, my heart breaks for you. She loved you all so very much and was so looking forward to seeing you get married and shower her with grandchildren for her and Bruce to spoil. And don't forget those fur babies. She loved her pets so much! I'm glad she's not hurting any more, but sad to see her leave us. I'll never forget you, Dee. I love you and we will see each other again one day. Love you, Terri
Dee Ann, you are the sweetest, kindest and most loving individuals I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. Although we didn't see each other often, when we did it was as if we had been together all along. I have and will always love you so very much. Rest in peace sweet angel.
