Billy Ray, as Mamie called him, was such a vibrant man. I loved him. I remember when Don (Billy's brother) and I were dating and Billy would give Don "advice." It was funny, and a little shady, and always embarrassed Don. Billy had such a zeal for life, and he showed it in every thing he did. See you soon, Billy Ray!
