Allen and Kim are two of the best people you will ever meet.
Many many years ago I signed on with Allen and Road Dog Cookers...best decision that I could have made!
Allen believed in me and allowed me to cook with the "boys". He said just keep your makeup handy!!!
My memories are too numerous to list...we have cooked at a Super Bowl game, cooked lots of Benefits and most fun of all having a big win at the Houston Rodeo cookouts! Whenever I cut up a smoked brisket or slice ribs you will be in my thoughts.
Rest easy dear friend...you are so loved and will be greatly missed.

I was heartbroken to hear the news. I will always remember him for his incredible talent and the joy he brought through his cooking.

One memory that perfectly captured his gift was the State Department retirement event he catered at Saint Arnold's Brewery. His food was so exceptional and beloved that it became the talk of the evening—I recall even hearing that people from City Hall were drawn in, eager to be part of the celebration. He had a special way of creating moments that brought people together.

He will be truly missed. May he rest in peace.
