My fondest memories of my beautiful friend is from working with her in Human Resources and she was over substitutes and I was over the paperwork for new hires. We would often have orientation for both and laugh at each other when someone would give us a hard time, because we would look at each other and come to each other’s aid. We had each other’s back!
I remember when she was in the hospital and I went looking for her and I came to her room and didn’t recognize her and she said it’s me come on in.
After she got out the hospital I went to her apartment and brought her one of her favorite meals for dinner. Seafood.
We kept in touch often until This January and didn’t wish each other a Happy New Year. CHRISTmas was our last communication.
