Kenneth Niles Moore passed away peacefully on November 30, 2021, in his home with his wife Donna by his side. Ken was born on May 10, 1934, in Parsons, Kansas to John and Myrea Moore. Ken had two sisters Jean and Virginia. While attending high school, Ken met the love of his life, Donna Jean McBee. They were married on August 28, 1952. In 1956, Ken graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Chemistry. Ken and Donna were blessed with four children, Timothy and wife Lisa, Debbie (deceased) and husband Greg, Cindy and husband Fred, and Rick Moore. Ken is survived by multiple grandchildren; Kristie, Dustin, Daniel, Jessica, Jaymie, Audrey, and Rachel as well as numerous great-grandchildren. He is also survived by nephews John and Terry DeBriere. Ken is preceded in death by parents John and Myrea Moore, sisters Jean and Virginia, and daughter Debbie Murphy. Ken and Donna enjoyed 69 years together while moving with their four children to several different states. Ken worked for Phillips Petroleum as the Marketing and Manufacturing Service Manager until his retirement in 1995. He was relocated to several different cities including the start of his career in Borger, Minneapolis, Huntington Beach, and settled in Taylor Lake Village. His children have fond memories of the road trips and hearing the stories would make you wish you were with them. Ken was a loving husband, father, son, and brother. He worked two jobs in his early marriage and still managed to attend all his children's games and activities. Ken loved and lived life to the fullest. He will always be remembered for his great hugs, quick wit, humor, laugh, good stories, his baritone "ho, ho, ho!", and happy birthday singing. Ken never met a stranger and when he walked into the room the fun started. He loved and was immensely proud of all his children and grandchildren. Ken will be deeply missed, but his love and memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends. "They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings of eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk and not faint." Isaiah 40:31.
