We receive many letters from the families we've served, thanking us for our caring ways during their time of loss. Their words warm our hearts, and speak to you of our professionalism, compassion, and the true value of the services we provide.

My husband and I went to South Park to do pre-planning. We were very apprehensive about discussing our end of life plans. We were very blessed to work with Marie Domer as our Family Service Advisor. She immediately put us at ease, she was very personable, informative, professional, yet very kind. The experience ended up being very pleasant and we left feeling that the plans that we made, with Marie's help, were perfect for us as well as our family. Thank you, Marie and South Park.

Words cannot begin to express how grateful we were to be taken care of by South Park during this difficult time. We were misguided initially to a different funeral home where my mother’s body was already being sent to for embalment. I immediately gave South Park a call because we knew my mother had pre-bought land there so it made sense to work with them for the funeral services as well. It was where my dad’s services were held as well so it just made sense to go with South Park. The moment I spoke with these folks on the phone, I knew immediately these were the right people to work with. Not only were they empathetic and compassionate about the sudden loss we had just experienced, their level of professionalism had been beyond anything I could have ever asked for. They were able to help transfer my mom’s body to their home without me needing to talk to the other funeral home at all! When I met them in person the support was even more validated. They went out of their way multiple times to do the following: - speak to me after office hours and or connect me to the right people that could help me - have us work with the amazing Linda Van Tho who helped us coordinate the proper Buddhist services including driving with us multiple times to the temple that would be helping us lead the services. In addition, to that she even help us mediate between other parties of ours that had differing opinions on how the services should be. - squeeze in all sorts of ridiculous requests in order make sure we had the 3 day services take place on the “right days” according to the Buddhist calendar - special shout out to Narda Gonzalez for walking us through all the options and making all those options come to life - special shout out to both Olivia and Pedro for overseeing all 3 days and being our host and hostesses. They always ran anything that needed approval by me and my sister and respected our wishes at all times. They never rushed us and allowed us all the time we needed. Overall I never felt like they were trying to make money off of me and I really appreciated that. Everything that was recommended to us was for the best interest in my mother. I would not hesitate at all to recommend and or use them again.

I have had the blessing of working with Linda, when my best-friend, my brother passed away recently (Thuy Max Duc Tran). My brother was well loved and received near and far. He was an amazing husband, father, son, brother, family guy, and friend. In the most difficult time of losing him so suddenly and with emotion running high, Linda went above and beyond our asks. I felt very fortunate every step of the way. She understood our Vietnamese culture and the different religion rituals. She guided me, us every step of the way. She was there to make sure all was in order. Linda is extra special in many ways but the small gestures she made to adjust accordingly. I had ask Linda for extra and more alone time for my brother’s wife, my brother’s sons and nieces and nephews, for my grieving parents, the friends and family that traveled afar or even the ones that desperately wanted to be present. Linda understood. She was calm, patient, and extremely empathetic to our loss and kept searching for those moments to help me find. She was in direct communication with the church, the florist, and burial coordinator. She was always near and made sure we did the right or even to point out areas we can personalize our send off. She is an amazing person! We are blessed and could not have asked for a better person to help us. I want to take a moment to also thank Rosey and her team (I was lucky to have met.) Thank you! Thank you! Thank you, all! Chi Linda, you will always be more than our coordinator. Every step of the way, I felt you were with me more like our family friend, an older sister. Thank you, Chi Linda, for all that you did <3. I am forever grateful to have met you.

There are not enough nice words to say about the staff at South Park Funeral Home. Kimberly was absolutely amazing! We were such an emotional wreck after losing a young boy who was like a son to me, we felt completely lost, but Kimberly was very patient and so kind throughout the whole process. The day of the funeral, the entire staff seemed to pitch in and help. I promise you that you and your loved one are in good hands here. Kimberly and Justin really wanted to make everything perfect, and they truly care about you. Thank you Kimberly, Justin, Maranda, Pedro, Harley, and Mary. And Kimberly, your a beautiful soul, and were definitely a blessing to us when we laid our sweet Jesse to rest. Such an awful time, and you all made it as easy on us as possible. Thank you very much.

Gentlemen, On behalf of our entire Hampton family, I want to sincerely thank you for your financial assistance and help with all the arrangements for our son Nate's cremation and his Fireman's Memorial Service. We have never had to deal with a terminal diagnosis and the stress of having to make decisions with such a heavy heart and sense of loss. This impossible situation was only bearable because of Eddie Martinez and his staff. We could not have done it without their kindness and expertise! After our first meeting with Eddie and Luke Palermo at the temporary South Park facility, we left feeling that we were in excellent care. Their sincere expressions of sympathy and assurance that they would be there to help walk us through the process and provided whatever we required was exactly what we needed. We knew that Nate would be in good hands. Eddie went out of his way to make things easy for us. He drove up to Spring to meet with us and finalize details. He kept us informed of the steps we needed to take and offered great suggestions and encouragement. Once the death certificate was signed and the cremation completed, Eddie again went out of his way to meet with the Klein Volunteer Fire Department so that they could deliver Nate to us via a Klein ladder truck complete with Nate's firemen buddies. Eddie was right there for us! As it was Nate's dream to drive a ladder truck, there are no words to express what this meant to us. The funeral bulletins were just perfect and delivered in plenty of time. It was very much appreciated to have Eddie and Manny Cavazos come early to deliver a second book and help with the set up before the Memorial Service at Trinity Klein Lutheran Church. The expressions of sympathy which they shared with our family were so genuine and warm. We want to thank you and your whole team for treating us like family. Your kind words and excellent service assisted us as we celebrated Nate's life. Thank you for being such a blessing to us.
