“Kim Reed and her team were incredibly caring, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire process of planning my mother’s services. During such a difficult time for our family, she made sure everything was taken care of and that the services went the way we wanted. What I appreciated most was how often Kim checked in on us, and especially on me, to make sure I was okay and that we had everything we needed. She was always on top of every detail, which allowed us to focus on being together as a family rather than worrying about the arrangements. I truly appreciate everything Kim did for us. Her compassion, professionalism, and genuine care meant so much to me and my family during an incredibly emotional time. I am very grateful that we had her there to guide us through my mother’s services.”

A very special thank you to Pia for being so welcoming, kind, patient, and easygoing. She made the process of preparing for my dad’s funeral so much easier and less stressful for our family. Pia helped us with the paperwork, clearly explained all of the fees and our different options, and walked us through every detail of what we needed to choose. We never felt pressured, and we truly felt that she had our family’s best interests at heart. She was always available whenever we had questions and made sure we understood everything along the way.
