“I cannot express enough how grateful I am to Vu, Pia, Kim, and the entire team at South Park for the care, compassion, and support they have shown my family during two of the most difficult times in my life. Vu helped me arrange my dad’s funeral back in 2024. It was my first time navigating the loss of a loved one, and I honestly had no idea where to begin. My mom was undergoing cancer treatment and radiation at the time, so I was left to handle the arrangements on my own. From the very beginning, Vu held my hand every step of the way. He was empathetic, patient, and understanding, and he made sure everything went smoothly during a time when I felt completely lost. Two years later, I found myself facing another heartbreaking loss, this time losing my mom. Without hesitation, I turned to Vu again because I knew there was no one else I trusted more to guide and support me through such a difficult time. Although he is now at South Park, I knew I wanted him by my side again. Vu, Pia, and Kim are truly like Charlie’s Angels! ❤️ They went above and beyond to make sure every little detail was taken care of. Their responsiveness, thoughtfulness, and constant support made such a difference. They kept me on track, made sure nothing was overlooked, and continuously checked in on me, not just to make sure the arrangements were going smoothly, but also to see how I was doing mentally and emotionally. When you are grieving and trying to plan a funeral, it can feel overwhelming to even know where to start. Having a team that genuinely cares, listens, and guides you through every step is something I will never take for granted. They made everything more beautiful than I could have ever imagined or asked for. During both of my parents’ final journeys, Vu and his team gave me something truly priceless: peace of mind during moments when I needed it most. Their kindness, compassion, and dedication went far beyond their professional responsibilities, and I will forever be grateful for that. “Madison Ross went above and beyond for our family! There’s no way I could have gotten through such a difficult and emotional time without her. She truly felt like part of our family. Her compassion, empathy, professionalism and sweet spirit meant so much to us. She listened to all my concerns and requests and executed everything beautifully for my Dad’s memorial service! “Kim Reed and her team were incredibly caring, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire process of planning my mother’s services. During such a difficult time for our family, she made sure everything was taken care of and that the services went the way we wanted. What I appreciated most was how often Kim checked in on us, and especially on me, to make sure I was okay and that we had everything we needed. She was always on top of every detail, which allowed us to focus on being together as a family rather than worrying about the arrangements. I truly appreciate everything Kim did for us. Her compassion, professionalism, and genuine care meant so much to me and my family during an incredibly emotional time. I am very grateful that we had her there to guide us through my mother’s services.”
