From April 26–27, as we honored the life of my mother, Noemi Olga Yanez, their team guided us through every step with compassion, patience, and professionalism. The staff was always available to answer questions, offer reassurance, and ensure that everything was done exactly as we wished. Their kindness and understanding truly made a difference for our family. “Karina, Faye,and Kim were so helpful and attentive as we prepared for my mother's viewing with our family. They helped us with setting up a photo display and setting up an area for our family to grab food we had brought in. They truly made our last time with our Mom a memorable event. “I was glad to of had the service and availability of employees from the South Park Funeral Home and Cemetery before and when my Mom passed and the current service taking care of my own affairs. Professional and personable demeanor from every employee while grieving and navigating through hard but necessary decisions. Recently I've been needing to take care of final arrangements for myself but was reluctant. I was relieved that Tyler reached out to me and assisted me with what I needed, otherwise, I most likely would've kept putting off what I knew needed to be done. He explained and detailed and worked with me according to wishes and budget. To add, was informative of other details that I wouldn't have known or thought about. It was nice to have the help. Satisfied with everything.”

“I would recommend Rena Ramirez at South Park Funeral Home, to help families with their funeral plans. Rena is helping me with my moms funeral plans. From the very beginning, their team went above and beyond to support my family. A special thank you to Kim and Monique, who were both exceptional throughout this process. They guided us with kindness, patience, and genuine empathy, making sure every detail was handled with care. They also did an outstanding job coordinating with a local funeral home in Minnesota to arrange the transportation of my wife to Texas.
