“I'd really like to say thank you to Michael Welch for being so extremely helpful, thoughtful, informative, and comfortable today while helping me in making my own end of life arrangements. This is something I have put off doing because I didn't even know where to start. Michael physically showed me all my options, explained everything well, and didn't once make me feel like I was being pressured or being "sold" to. I would recommend him to anyone, and I'm very grateful to have this weight off my shoulders and know that my children will have one less thing to deal with when my time comes. Which will, hopefully, be a long time from now!!”

“I can’t express how grateful I am to had been able to walk in and be assisted with all our family needs and wants . We were made comfortable by Kim and Monique right away. The way they care and made sure we were comfortable with everything that we had to make decisions on was felt with love. There was never any rush or pressure. They understood everything that we wanted for my dad’s services and made us feel so comfortable and without any pressure. We were not once felt overwhelmed, stressed or pressured and with it being a hard time in our life they took time to comfort us. They are the kindest, loving and most caring ladies we had a chance to meet and I am grateful. They went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect. Thank you ladies!”

“Nothing is easy about planning a funeral. From the moment we walked into the lobby, we were treated kindly & with respect. We were ushered into a meeting room & Kimberly Reed promptly joined us. She was professional, sympathetic, helped us figure out what we were doing - all with no push to do more. She made the whole process so easy - with some humor. She even met us closer to our home with all the things we’d need for the memorial service at our church - (even tissues). She checked on us a few days after the service & has kept us informed on death certificate & cremation timelines. I would 100% recommend South Park & Kim. ”
