These individuals went above and beyond to accommodate our family's needs. Though it was a challenging time, they remained kind and exemplified professionalism with our family. Susan and Rosie you have an amazing gift of working with families. Your heartfelt guidance and sincere assistance is genuinely appreciated. You both took extra measures, making sure our mother's funeral was exactly what we wanted. ”

“Purchased the plots 6 years ago & used one for my mother recently. overall, our experience was good. kim reeves, our representative was excellent to work with. patient, her follow up and ability to handle every issue, question and request made this process smoothly. she accommodated some small issues that came up. ex: the original chosen casket was no longer available, but replaced it with one we loved. she was also the person who worked on our mother and even though our services took place 2 weeks after her passing. she look beautiful! downside, but did not affect my rating: 1) the casket floral arrangement did not arrive with her to our church, however, the ladies remedied that and we were able to have them in time for the service. did 2) they were 1 hour late for the second service, so our family did not have that time to ourselves. however, it did make for a beautiful entrance when she arrived and everyone stood up to see her in. reason for not giving a 5 star: this is the one that really stood out & were not able to make it right. the ceremony at the cemetary was rushed. the workers seemed to have just dug her final resting place & placed a large pile of dirt directly in front of our family view. this could have very easily been place on the opposite side. we were unable to direct view as the pallbearers laid her down. as soon as the pallbearers placed her, they quickly and abruptly started lowering her without any notice, not allowing the pallbearers to lay their gloves on casket, as we'd planned nor did our family have any time to lay a flower before lowering her. the representatives did see this and did nothing to stop this. i had to speak up and tell them to wait , but she was half way down. the workers were literally sitting on their equipment feet away from the family, as if they were part of the family and telling the family to move away. very insensitive and cold. the gloves were able to be placed on the way down, however, the roses were thrown in. even more frustrating, this was done, while the funeral reps/employees watched and were asking us to move so they could finish up. they did pull back some after she was in the ground and after they realized we were not done. i stongly suggest this is addressed to ensure this is never done again to anyone. we will never get that final time back. oh, 1 last thing..... double check pricing with escorting officers. we were told and prepared to pay them one set price (in cash) , however, once they arrived, decided we were short by $40! and we were not, they just decided this last minute. they were actually struggling over $40 ,during our time of pain. we gave it to them, just thought that was insensitive of them, especially given their line of work. public officer”
