It was fun, eventful, and the attendees really enjoyed the information they had to share. We didn't know how much went into planning, and they even offer many other services. In addition to this, we have had many services at their location, and we have always been pleased with the service provided by the entire organization. Definitely recommended!!!”

“We had a very positive experience with Southpark Funeral Home during an extremely difficult time for our family. On Saturday, November 15, 2025, even though they were close to closing, the receptionist, Skylar C., kindly took our phone call and helped us when we were feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what to do after our loved one passed that day. Later that same Saturday, Mr. Rosey R. met with us at the funeral home and carefully explained the different service options available. We were very stressed, but his calm and compassionate approach helped us feel supported. I remembered Southpark Funeral Home because my mother’s services were held here five years ago, and once again, they did not disappoint. The funeral directors, Mr. Rosey R. and Ms. Janice, did an excellent job arranging everything—from scheduling the cremation to planning the memorial service. They kept us consistently updated throughout the process, which meant a great deal to our family. The flower arrangements were beautiful, and the portrait was very nicely done. Ms. Destinee C., the receptionist, was warm, kind, and welcoming every time we visited. The staff associates, Skylar C. and Leah T., were always courteous, patient, and compassionate. On the day of the memorial service, they allowed us to use the function hall for our guests, and everything was well organized and ran smoothly. Overall, the entire team at Southpark Funeral Home showed professionalism, kindness, and care. “From the second I called south park funeral home and cemetery they answered with such empty and ready to help in anyway the most painfull process in my entire life become smoother than butter. I truly appreciate everyone who took the time out to make this transition for me and my family stress free as possible. Thank you Monique for always answering my calls no matter the time. Going above and beyond your job description spoke volumes of the woman you're. Making sure you eased my burden in anyway u could.you will never be forgotten. Kim Reed fought hard to get my mother service covered in time on the date we wanted coordinating every detail in my mom's service Making it our family very own. Bringing everything together just as we wanted it. Also going above and beyond what is asked of you. You felt my pain and heard my cries and made it your passion to heal what you could in anyway. Skylar made sure my mom was transported with care and i felt her sincere condolences Destinee as well as Leah helped more than words can express. You can tell they All worked together as a team from beginning to end to make sure my mom's home going was everything I wanted it to be and more. It brings peace to my heart knowing my mom's place of rest in this life is secure. And I can visit her by the water in a safe place.
