Mrs. Willie Bea Kemp's Obituary
Bea Coleman Kemp, 87, died peacefully on Monday, the 29th of April 2013. Bea grew up in Kossuth, Mississippi. On April 21, 1946 she married Thomas Kemp of Corinth, Mississippi. Following their wedding, they moved to Houston where Bea worked as a secretary at Reed Tool Company for 40 years. Bea was an active member of Houston First Cumberland Presbyterian Church, Reed Credit Union and Reed Women's Club. She is survived by her husband, Thomas Kemp; daughter, Teresa Kemp Hendley and husband Robert; grandchildren, Elizabeth Hendley Folmar and husband James, Rebecca Hendley Reed and husband Clint, and Cliff Thomas Hendley; and great-grandson, James Byron Folmar. Graveside services were held on Friday, May 3 for the immediate family. A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at Shiloh Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Corinth, Mississippi on Saturday, June 8, 2013.
