Mrs. Willie Mae Dickenson's Obituary
Willie Mae Dickenson, 93, of Tomball, TX, born Dec. 13, 1915 entered into rest Oct. 2, 2009. Mrs. Dickenson retired as the ward secretary for Memorial Hospital; she was a lifelong member of the Church of Christ religion and was a member of the greatest generation ever. She is preceded in death by her husband William Raymond Dickenson after 51 years of marriage. Her loving surviving family member include her children, Charles S. Dickenson and his wife Doris, John R. Dickenson and his wife Thresa, and Nan Dickenson Ackley and her husband David; 5 grandchildren, Raymond Clay Dickenson, Carol Hunter, Lillian Gibson, Wendy Sue Dickenson, and David Glenn Dickenson; 7 great grandchildren, John McDermott, Nancy Dickenson, William Ryan Dickenson, Chris Boor, Nelson Hunter, Caroline Dickenson, and John Thomas Dickenson; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive visitors Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2009, at 10 a.m. at SouthPark Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow the visitation on Tuesday at 11 a.m. at SouthPark Cemetery.
