Mr. Willard O'Keefe's Obituary
Willard Wayne O'Keefe, loving father, grandfather, brother, and friend, went to be with the Lord in October 2015.
Willard was born on November 13, 1957 and grew up in Houston, Texas. His family then moved to Pearland, Texas where he attended Pearland High School.
Willard set out very early in his youth learning the trade of in-place machining as a helper for the Duck family. He began his lifelong career as an in-place machinist at Brown & Root, then grew in his field with many companies, eventually owning and operating his own machine shop in Pearland fulfilling global contracts.
Willard is preceded in death by his parents, Terrence and Ruth O'Keefe. He is survived by his daughters, Dusty Eve Welch and husband Joshua Welch, and Cassandra Starr O'Keefe; granddaughters Jasmine Trapp and Taryn Trapp; brothers: Michael O'Keefe and wife Cynthia O'Keefe, Ronald O'Keefe, and Terrence O'Keefe and wife Elaine O'Keefe; along with many nieces and nephews and many friends, both personal and professional.
His memorial service will be held at South Park funeral home on his birthday, November 13, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. The spreading of his ashes will be immediately following the service at San Luis Pass county park, 14001 county rd 257 Freeport, TX.
