Mr. Wilburn Koester's Obituary
Mr. Wilburn Koester, 83, passed from this life on October 23. 2011. He will be remembered by his family and friends as a quiet and kindhearted man. He dutifully served his country in the U.S. Air Force in 1948. He worked for Reynolds Aluminum Co. and his dedication to his fellow man was apparent in all things. He is preceded in death in by his wife Mabel and his two children, Bruce and Barbara. He is survived by his granddaughter, Kendra Koester; daughter- in-law, Sheila Koester; sister- in- law, Joyce Koester and many friends and neighbors. The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 27, 2011, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at SouthPark Funeral Home, 1310 N. Main in Pearland. Family will hold private services at a later date.
