To the Luna family,

You have my sincerest condolences for the passing of Walter Luna.

Both of us were taking the same computer class taught by Prof. Penn. I had only known him since this semester started back in January and only heard his voice during our class zoom meetings. But that was enough to hear his vibrant personality and his eagerness the learn the course material. Sometimes he would ask questions I didn’t even know I had. His sharp curiosity and inquisitiveness had made the content more clarifying for me throughout this semester, and for that he has my absolute gratitude.

Rest in Peace, Mr. Luna. You will be missed by all of your classmates.

To the Luna family,

I send my heartfelt condolence to each of you on the passing of Mr. Luna, "Walter". I was Walter's computer instructor for over 1 year and half here at San Jacinto College South.

He was really on fire about learning all he could about computers. He was knowledgeable and very helpful to others in the class.

I encouraged him to write a story about his career changing decision in order to pursue a degree. He was looking forward to seeing the upcoming story featured in one of San Jacinto College publication.

He will surly be missed.

April, I'm so sorry for your huge loss. I loved hearing you talk about Walter - your face would light up. I also loved hearing about how you had reconnected after many years.
