Virginia Cisneros Huaracha, age 63, of Texas City, Texas, passed away on February 9, 2026. Born on July 17, 1962 in Idalou, Texas to Epifanio Cisneros and Angelita R. Cisneros.
Virginia grew up with a passion for music, Astros baseball, and TV. She worked at UTMB for 25 years and retired in 2022. During her retirement she enjoyed her time being with family and traveling to a different place each year for her birthday. Her favorite trip was going to Tennessee and finally visiting Graceland. She looked forward to every December where she got to spend time in her house in Mexico with family.
Beyond her work, Virginia was a devoted wife, loving mother and a great friend. She will be remembered most for her heartwarming smile, laughter, sense of humor and peculiar catchphrases. Whether it was attending concerts and baseball games or spending time with family, Virginia lived life with kindness, humor, and grace.
Virginia Huaracha is survived by husband Raul Huaracha; daughters Angelica Huaracha and Angie Manzano; son Josiah Cisneros. She also leaves behind father Epifanio Cisneros, brother Sonny Cisneros and many dear friends. She was preceded in death by mother Angelita R. Cisneros and brothers Joseph, Joel and Robert Cisneros
