Velma Mae Price born November 1, 1922 in Johnstown, PA. to Walter and Sarah Gill, passed away August 11, 2017 in Pearland, TX. She is preceded in death by her husband John C. Price; daughter: Patricia Ann Price and grandson: Alexander Davis. She is survived by her children: John A. Price and wife Judy, Sarah R. Trayal and husband Mottie, Suzanne Price; grandchildren: Donna Cannon and husband Kerry, Jennifer Price, Debra Yocum and husband Michael and Nathan Davis; great grandchildren: Kris Cannon, Krystal Cannon, Hailey Cannon, Tristan Price, Shelby Yocum, Alexis Davis and Kyle Davis. Velma was a proud member of the Pearland First Baptist Church where she helped in the church nursery. she also was a member of the Shady Crest Baptist Church. She loved spoiling her children, grandchildren and great grand children, she loved her crochet and crafts. She was a Girls Scout leader and a member of the Rebeccas. Velma loved her word search books.
