Mr. Tony A. Lopez Sr.'s Obituary
Tony Lopez, Sr. Tony A. Lopez, Sr., of Pearland, our beloved father, grandfather, and friend was called to be with the Lord on May 26th, 2007. He' s reunited with the love of his life, our mother, Josephine Lopez. Married for fifty years, separated for five, they now stroll smiling, hand-in-hand in God's Kingdom, this time for eternity. Tony is preceded in death by parents, Vicente Mota and Ana Maria Almaguer Lopez and siblings, Castula, Elana, and Monico Lopez.
Tony is survived by sons, Anthony Lopez and wife Cindy, and George Lopez and wife Carla; daughters, JoAnn Powell and husband Dale, and Sylvia Lopez; grandchildren, Anita and Josh Michel, Macy Allyse Lopez, Curessa Lopez, and MaKensie Sue Lopez; great grandchildren, Jonathan and Daniel Michel; siblings, Natalia Razo, Julia Vega and husband Juan, Jesus Lopez and wife Carmen, and Mary De la Cruz. The family will receive visitors from 5 ' 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 30th, 2007 with a 7:00 p.m. Rosary Services at SouthPark Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be 11:00 a.m., May 31st, 2007 at St. Helen Catholic Church (2209 Old Alvin Rd.) with interment to follow at SouthPark Cemetery.
