Obituary
Thomas Hadnot was born on March 22, 1927 to Thomas and Winnie Hadnot of Jasper, Texas. Thomas was the sixth of nine children.
Thomas served in the United States Army from 1952 to 1955. While in Vietnam, he was employed with Brown and Root and Pacific Architect Company for more than 10 years.
He made a graceful transition from his early home to be with The Heavenly Father on Friday, March 25, 2022.
Some of his pastime favorites included: playing dominoes, fishing, walking the track for exercise at Booker T. Washington High School and spending time with family and friends.
Thomas was preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Winnie Hadnot, three brothers Weldon Hadnot Sr., Curtis Hadnot, Cecil Hadnot and four sisters Elsie Jones, Leslie Green, Vivian Tippins and Charnell Hunter.
He leaves to cherish his memory: one sister Hortense Gains of Anchorage, Alaska, two sister-in-laws, Classie Mae Hadnot of Houston, Texas and Florence Hadnot of Teaneck, New Jersey, four faithful, loving and supportive nieces and nephews, Gabrielle Hadnot, Delise Herron (Malcom), Weldon Hadnot Jr., Charles Hadnot and a host of nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
