Mr. Thomas Carter Dwyer's Obituary
Thomas Carter Dwyer entered the loving arms of the Lord on February 16, 2019 at the age of 70 years old. Thomas was born on October 24, 1948 in Brawley, California to Mrs. Katheryn A. Funk.
Thomas married his true love Janice in Las Vegas, Nevada on September 16, together they raised their only son, Jeremy Carter Dwyer. They were married for 30 years before the passing of Janice in 2013.
Thomas enjoyed fishing and working on stock cars that ran at Houston's Meyer Speedway and other tracks around the country. But his main passion were classic cars. He worked as a mechanic before he opened his own recycling company.
Thomas is preceded in death by his parents; Katheryn A. Carter and Ray Funk and loving wife, Janis Dwyer. He is survived by his loving son, Jeremy Carter Dwyer, sister; Mary Johnson (Kurk), brothers; Mike Funk (Mary), Nemrod Funk (Kathy), and Pat Funk.
The Dwyer family will be receiving friends and family on Sunday, February 24, 2019 at 10 AM for a visitation with the service starting at 11 AM.
