Teodoro Israel Alatorre (September 1, 1936 – February 2, 2018)
Ted Alatorre passed away on February 2, 2018 surrounded by his family. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Alicia Alatorre: children, Hector (Barbara) Alatorre, Cynthia Alatorre and Norma Rodriguez; sister, Martina (Rosario) Lopez; grandchildren: Gabriela Alatorre, Lizette Rodriguez, Horacio Rodriguez and Louie Rodriguez. He will also be missed by several nieces, nephews and extended family members.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Cleotilde Alatorre, Nazaria Reyes and Julio Alatorre, three siblings: Gloria Garcia, Miguel Reyes and Julio Alatorre. The funeral service will be at St. Thomas More Catholic Church (10330 Hillcroft Street Houston, TX 77096) on Friday, February 9, 2018 at 10:00 am and will be followed by a lunch reception to celebrate Ted’s life. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to either: (1) American Cancer Society - www.cancer.org or (2) Houston Hospice – www.houstonhospice.org.
