Sylvian William Pesek's Obituary
Sylvian William Pesek went to be with his Lord and Savior on February 28, 2020 with his wife, Joan, by his side in Pasadena, Texas. He was born on March 11, 1931 to parents, Jerome and Edna Pesek in Schulenburg, Texas.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 66 years, Joan Marie (Pelata) Pesek; daughter, Cathy Marie (Pesek) Nelson and husband John Alan Nelson; two grandsons, Michael Christopher Nelson and wife Kristi Marie (Breitkreuz) Nelson, Jeffrey Alan Nelson and wife Tiffany Leeanne (Sweaney) Nelson; seven great grandchildren, Kenzie Michelle Nelson, Luke Christopher Nelson, Lily Marie Nelson, Summer Grace Nelson, Madilyn Marie Nelson, Jaxon Despain, Skylar Despain; and a host of friends and other family members.
He was preceeded in death by his father, Jerome George Pesek; mother, Edith “Edna” Emily (Fillip) Pesek; and brother, Edwin Frank Pesek Sr.
The family will receive friends for a visitation on Wednesday, March 4, 2020 from 9:00 to 10:00 AM; a funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM at SouthPark Funeral Home; with a burial to follow at South Park Cemetery, 1310 N. Main St., Pearland, Texas 77581.
