Sylvia Hunter Brannon's Obituary
Sylvia Hunter Brannon, 89, Southbelt resident since 1962. Went to be with our Lord and Savior after a long battle with cancer. She was with family members by her side. Sylvia was born November 3, 1931 to Daniel and Annie Huett in Ravenden Arkansas. She married her first love Joseph A. Hunter of N. Little Rock Arkansas April 2, 1951. After Joe’s passing she married her second love Jack Brannon in 1993. Sylvia loved bowling, reading, gardening, fishing and attending church.
Preceded in death by her grandparents, parents, husbands and three daughters; Patricia Hunter Scarborough, Pamela Hunter and Paula Hunter. She is also preceded in death by seven siblings.
Survived in death by two daughters: Phyllis Hunter Gray (husband James), Peggy Hunter Hansford (husband Gabe). Five grandchildren: Joseph Manuel, Monica Gray Cauley (husband Nathan), Samantha Manuel Harrell (husband Matthew), Amanda Gray Duke (husband Josh), Gabby Hansford Gordon (husband Gaige). Six great grandchildren: Nathan Cauley, Aiden Harrell, Khloe Duke, Emily Harrell, Olivia Cauley and Presley Duke.
