It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of Spencer Lee Scott, age 32 of Houston, Texas. He was a bright and shining star in this world, and will be deeply missed by so many. Our family was unprepared for this unexpected loss, and we thank everyone for their love and unwavering support during this difficult time.
Spencer Lee Scott was born to Judy Harry & Kelly Scott, in Houston, TX on the 27th of January, 1989. After graduation, Spencer moved to Los Angeles to pursue a modeling and acting career. While modeling, he was represented by Wilhelmina, Page Parkes, and Stars out of San Francisco. He also worked for Brooke Ledge hauling horses all over the country, and most recently for Rexair. Spencer was a fun and free spirit that loved ranching, horses, boxing, snow boarding, and fitness. He was a prankster by heart, and he loved to make people laugh. Spencer enjoyed life to the fullest, and his bright and beautiful smile was known by all.
He is survived by and will forever live in the hearts of his two children; Preston-age 4, and Kaiana-age 2. Loving Mother Judith Harry, Father Kelly Scott, and Stepmother Candace Scott. Sisters Tara Coward (Chad), Nicole Harry (Joe), and Brothers Michael Harry (Katie), Luke Scott, and Mason Scott. Aunts Jo Wilkinson, Jan Lynch (Steve), Karen de la Garza (Joe), and Susan Kindle (Cecil), Uncle John Salinas. Grandmother Pauline Salinas, several nieces, nephews, and numerous loving friends and family members including his special family in Kiev, Ukraine.
Spencer was preceded in death by his loving Stepfather Darrell Harry, Grandmother Shirley Littlejohn, Great Grandmother Manuela “Granny” DeLeon, Grandfather Pilar M. De Leon, Grandfather Isidro Salinas, and Grandfather Verlin Littlejohn. Great Aunt Josie Martinez, Cousin Sylvia De Leon, and Aunt Cindy Chandler.
Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. Please allow Spencer to transition into your heavenly circle of angels. Forgive any sins that he has weighing on his soul, and allow him to bask in the light of your grace and mercy. We pray that with his unexpected death, that his soul finds peace. May he find assurance that his family will remain strong and steadfast. Father be with Spencer on this glorious journey, and may he rest in perfect eternal paradise. Amen.
