Silverio Garcia Trevino's Obituary
Mr. Silverio Garcia Trevino, age 74, of Pearland, TX, passed away peacefully on January 21, 2020 in Houston, TX surrounded by his loving family. He was born on July 1, 1945 to Jose Trevino and Ofelia Garcia in San Antonio Tamaulipas, Mexico. Silverio married Gloria Hernandez in Diaz Ordaz, Mexico. Silverio loved his family dearly, and wanted nothing more than to watch them succeed in life. His family misses him dearly and will always remember the life lessons he taught them, and the stories and knowledge he would continuously share.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Gloria Hernandez. Daughters: Maribel Trevino, Brisa Davila and husband, Jesus. Sons Eliud Trevino, Jose Silverio Trevino Jr., and wife Rosie, and Eliud Arevalo Trevino. Siblings Hermelinda Trevino, Jose Guadalupe Garcia, Jose Trevino and wife Virginia Trevino, Elizandro Trevino and wife Rosa Elvia Trevino, Orfelinda Trevino, Josefina Trevino, Reynaldo Trevino and Velia Trevino. Grandchildren Vanessa Torres, Erica Trevino, Erven Trevino, Jose Silverio Trevino, Orlando Trevino, Cristal Trevino, Edgar Trevino, Vivian Celeste Trevino, David Lee Trevino, Jacklyn Nicole Trevino, Jasmin Marie Trevino, Draven Rhys Lopez, Osiris Jane Davila, Oliver Jesus Davila, Mercedes Trevino, Eliud Alejandro Arevalo Islas, Yonatan Josue Arevalo Islas, Yoana Merary Arevalo Islas and Edwin Yair Arevalo Islas. Along with many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Silverio was preceded in death by his parents, Ofelia Garcia and Jose Trevino, daughter Irma Gloria Trevino and his brother Francisco Trevino.
There will be a visitation on Sunday, January 26, 2020 from1:00PM to 5:00PM at South Park Funeral Home, with a rosary at 3:00PM.
