Silvano lived a long and happy life. He was a hard worker his whole life. He was born in Brownsville, Texas, where he met his wife RosaElia, the love of his life, who was an Elevator Operator. He pursued her by riding up and down the elevator all day for several days until she agreed to go out with him. He then married and moved to California. He worked hard as a seasonal migrant worker and worked for Champion Homes as a roofer and then when needed was a California Forest Fire Fighter. In May, 1982, he packed up his family and moved to Texas and settled in Houston. Silvano retired from Texas Produce as a delivery driver for 27 years delivering produce to stores across Houston.
He loved to garden and keep his lawn in pristine shape. He enjoyed taking his family when they were young camping in the mountains and enjoying the Sequoia Mountains Winter snow. He loved gambling and scratch-offs, but his most favorite hobby was being near the ocean and fishing. Aside from his hobbies, is deepest passion was his family. He loved his children and absolutely adored his grandchildren.
