Mrs. Sibyl Juanita Hiroms Klopp's Obituary
Sibyl Juanita Klopp of Pearland, Texas, passed away peacefully in her home on Sunday, February 12. She had been a resident of Brookside Village in Pearland since l958 and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
She married John Henry Klopp on August 8, 1942, and she cherished her roles as wife amd mother, and most particularly roles she took on late in life as grandmother and great grandmother. Even at 94, she enjoyed attending family get-togethers, tending her flowers, and dining out.
Mrs. Klopp was preceded in death by her husband and her parents, Hallie E. Hiroms and Arva L. Henderson Hiroms. She is survived by her three sons –Trent and wife Pat of Alvin, Gary and wife Gabriele of Houston, and Richard of Sugarland; by her two granddaughters and their families – Laura and husband Gary Robertson of Richmond and Katye Klopp, Jason Penrod, and their son Toby of Sugarland; and by two siblings and their families – sister, Eulene Bellar, and brother, Ray Hiroms, both of Pasadena.
There will be a visitation at Southpark Funeral Home in Pearland from 5:00 - 7:00 P.M. on Sunday, February 19. The celebration of Mrs. Klopp's life will be in the Funeral Home's chapel on Monday, February 20, at 12:30 P.M., with burial following.
