If roses grow in heaven Lord pls pick a. Bunch for me, place them in my mothers arms and tell her there from me. Tell I love her and miss her and when she turns to smile place a kiss on her cheek and hold her for a while. Because remembering is easy, I do it everyday but there's a ach within my heart that will never go away. I love you mom. Your daughter Michelle
My mom was truly a mother full of love grace and beauty . she loves with a pure love. Rip mom your daughter Michelle.
Shirley was an amazing woman, She treated everyone with kindness and love unless she had a reason not too and if that was the case, you knew not to mess with her. I could never repay her for the love she gave to my Children. They loved going to her house and spending time with Marty & her. I enjoyed going on the days she was working out in her yard. She taught me the true meaning if there was a will, there was a way because she took care of her own yard and nothing was going to stop her from that. The night before she passed, I asked her if she wanted me to take care of her flower beds for her and she laughed and said we could have a dirt party. I can't wait till its my time to go home so we can have that dirt party together. She is one of the very few woman in my life that I would consider strong. I reserve that word for only a few but she well earned it in my book. She always looked for the positive side of things and seen the good when I would see only bad until she pointed out the positive things to me. I consider myself very blessed to have known her and for my Children to know her. MiMi will never be forgotten because we will cherish our memories of her and her contagious laugh she had. I will share stories with the little ones so they will carry her with them as they grow up. Rest In Peace my dear friend, I will see you again one day!!
Sad to hear of Shirley's passing. Grew up next door to she and Marty. Never saw Shirley angry. Classy lady always. Love to the family. Larry and Susan Briggs
