Mrs. Shelia Henderson's Obituary
Shelia Ann Rapier Henderson passed away on the morning of October 6th, and with her last breath joined the love of her life, her husband Michael Carl Henderson, in heaven.
Shelia lived her life as an accomplished florist, and chose to see the beauty in all of the natural world. Most of all, she found the beauty and joy in her family, both immediate and extended. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, sister, and friend.
Shelia is survived by her son Dana Clark Henderson and his wife Evelyn; her daughter Michelle Lynn Matthews and her husband David; her brother Hughwill Rapier and her twin brother Gene Rapier; her grand children Alton Henderson, Danielle Foster and her husband Zachary, Michael Matthews, Cory Bradshaw, Stefan Kirk and his wife Chloe; her great-grandsons Adam Henderson, Aidan Henderson, and Jackson Foster; and many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Shelia is pre-deceased by her husband of 25 years, Michael Carl Henderson; her brothers James and Bill Rapier; her sisters Dorothy Homan and Jackie Hamby; and her parents Naomi Hamm Rapier and Vollie Vassel Rapier.
