Shaji Varughese's Obituary
Mr. Shaji Varughese (Kunju) was born to the late M.V. Varughese and Mrs. Annamma Varughese on May 20, 1966 in Vennikulam, Kerala, and he was the fifth of six children. He completed his school and technical education in Vennikulam and Delhi, then worked in Delhi afterwards. He left for Dubai in 1986 and worked there for 21 years.
He married Sara (Moni) on March 17, 1988 and was blessed with two children, Shani and Shini. He immigrated to the United States in 2007 and settled with his family in Texas. He was a member of Ebenezer Marthoma Church, Valankara and later of the Immanuel Marthoma Church in Stafford.
He was kind-hearted and giving, and he loved making new friends. His quick wit and compassion will be missed greatly.
He is survived by his wife Sara, his children: Shani and Shini, his son-in-law: Rony, his two grandchildren: Ashron and Hannah, his brothers: Moncy and Monai, and his sisters: Molly, Alice and Aney.
Shaji went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 25th at the age of 55. We pray for his heavenly life with his Creator until we meet again, and we will dearly hold his loving memories forever in our heart.
