Mrs. Severa Nava's Obituary
Severa R. Nava, aged 70, died peacefully at Herman Memorial Hospital peacefully on September 18, 2016, after battling cancer. She was born in December 2, 1945, in Edinburg, Texas and moved to Houston, Texas at the age 25. She married her husband Ricardo Nava Sr. on May 18, 1970.
She is survived by her children; her oldest daughter is name Sandra Orellana, second to the oldest Sofia Nava, her youngest and only son named Richard Nava Jr.
She has three grand-daughters by the name of Serena A. Nava, Brianna A. Ramirez, Clarissa Garcia, and two grandsons named Jeremy Nava and Fabian Garcia.
Both of her parents that are deceased by the name of Severa S. Ramirez and Higinio Ramirez Sr.
She had five brothers named Roberto Ramirez, Ramiro Ramirez, Simon Ramirez, Higinio Ramirez Jr., and Juan Ramon Ramirez. Followed by her sister Lydia Mora and Consuelo Nava that is deceased.
Her hobbies were crocheting, sewing, and she loved taking care of her plants.
She was a special and courageous women and had a beautiful personality with unconditional love and she would also have her family laughing and on their toes. She was a compassionate and loving person that will give her shirt off her back for anyone. She was a devoted Christian; who loved the Lord with all her heart. She was loved by her family and friends and will be greatly missed.
She is in a better place with her heavenly father our Lord and Savior.
One day we will see her again.

A Visitation will be held Monday, September 26, 2016 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at SouthPark Funeral Home. Graveside Service will be held Monday, September 26, 2016 at 2:00 PM at SouthPark Cemetery.
