Savitri Ramesar's Obituary
Savitri Ramesar was born in San Fernando, Trinidad to the late Balkaran Boodhoo and her mother Polly Boodhoo, on July 21, 1960. She married her late husband Jairam Ramesar in 1979 and they were blessed with two beautiful daughters to help complete their family. She worked at JB Kelshall and Company Law Firm until 2000, when she moved to Houston, with the help of her sister, to be able to provide her family with a greater opportunity for success.
Savitri had a heart full of compassion and with a willingness to serve others. She formed deep, meaningful friendships and would always fill your heart with her dazzling smile and uplifting words.
Savitri was a light to all who knew her. She has left behind a legacy of positivity, love and service.
She is survived by her daughters, Marsha and her husband Jenson and Melissa. She leaves behind her four pillars, her handsome grandsons; Nicholas, Roshan, Ryan and Micah. Savitri was the first of 6 children, she is preceded in death by Mookesh Boodhoo and she leaves behind her surviving siblings, Patsy Boodhoo, Frankie Boodhoo, Prematee August and Deann Ratiram and their families.
