Mrs. Savitaben Modh's Obituary
Savitaben Modh (Baa) was profoundly one of the greatest women that has ever lived. She was born in Vedchha, Gujarat, Indian on July 22, 1921 and married Thakorbhai Modh of Abrama. They had four children, Bhanuben, Vasantiben, Jaykumar, and Ashvinkumar, which continued onto 13 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Baa happily spent her entire life loiving and nurtuing all the people around her; regardless if they were not family or friends. She opened her home and heart to everyone from when she was a child in India until the day she succumbed to her illness in America. Ultimately, Baa was the golden thread of our family and closest friends. She lived by example and taught us the value of tradition, culture, but more so than anything, love. She loved everyone unconditionally and could make you forget everything in life with her priceless smile. Savitaben was the true definition of Baa that will never be forgotten.
