Mrs. Sandra Lynn Martin's Obituary
Sandra “Sandy” Lynn Martin, 62, of Houston, Texas passed away at home on Saturday, November 9, 2019. She was born July 24, 1957 to Clarence and Maxine Douglas in Ardmore, Oklahoma. She was the third of five children. An adventurous young child, she enjoyed moving from place to place with her family until they eventually settled in and around Colemen, Texas. She lived the greater part of her adult life in Houston.
Sandy is survived by her sister Julia Cody and her husband Daniel Cody; brother Wayne Douglas; sister Kathey Rose; brother Michael Douglas; and her sisters-in-law Laura Martin and Stacy Martin; her children Crystal Collins and her husband Jay Collins; Deborah Robinson; Robert Robinson; Brandon Robinson; Nancy Peters and her husband Zachary Peters; Caycay Robinson; Dana Robinson; Brittany Metcalf; and Cory Martin; her grandchildren Christian Brooks; Aaron Brooks and his wife Iulia Brooks; Dylan Simmons; Skylar Simmons; Grace Robinson; Teagan Robinson; Leighla Schultz; Cassie Wilcox; Tyler McMillan; Heaven Owen; Jace Hoholik; Shaelyn Hoholik; Jaydon Hoholik; Jayleiana Collins; Michael Martin; Nolan Martin; and Liam Martin; her great grandchildren Edyn Brooks, Kane Simmons, Stella Simmons, Abel Brooks, Donovan Brooks, and Jonah McMillan.
Sandy is reunited in heaven with husband Guy Martin; parents Clarence and Maxine Douglas; Nancy Robinson; and great grandchildren Donovan Brooks and Adonis Brooks.
Sandy was a mother to many and a great uplifter whose steadfast faith was her foundation.
Family and friends are warmly invited to attend the memorial service Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at 2:00pm at South Park Funeral Home and Cemetery at 1310 N. Main St, Pearland, Texas 77581.
