Samuel Arroyos Suniga's Obituary
Samuel Arroyos Suniga, 87, of Pearland, Texas, passed away on February 5, 2021 at HCA Hospital. He was the Widower of Ophelia Suniga. They shared 47 years of Marriage together.
Born in Edna, Texas, he was the Son of Juanita and Seberiano Suniga. In order to provide for his Family he worked a variety of jobs and acquired many different skills. His main occupations included Truck Driving and Construction.
He was a member of Saint Helen's Catholic Church in Pearland, Texas. He enjoyed all celebrations of Family and life. He will always be remembered for his enthusiasm for travel and willingness to try new things. In lieu of his thriftiness, what was received was always given back many times over to his Family and friends.
He is survived by his Siblings: Olivia Liserio (Tony) of Bloomington, Texas; Rosa Arismendez (Ray) of Manvel, Texas; Manuel Suniga (Teresa) of Edna, Texas; Roy Suniga (Rosa) of Victoria, Texas; Joe Suniga (Dolores) of Houston, Texas; Eloisa Leonardini (Russell) of Albuquerque, NM and Ruben Suniga (Adelina) of Angleton,Texas.
Children: David George Suniga, of Arlington, Texas; Maryann Suniga of Pearland, Texas; George Suniga (Kristy) of Pearland, Texas and Larry Suniga (Regina Castillo) of Friendswood, Texas.
Grandchildren: David Kirk, Robert Suniga, Christopher Suniga, Adam Suniga, Nicole Suniga Garcia, Robert Suniga, Hannah Suniga, Nathan Suniga, Olivia B. Suniga, many Great Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews.
He was predeceased by his Parents Juanita and Seberiano Suniga, Wife Ophelia Suniga, Daughter Rocky Suniga, Sister Celia Cavazos, Brother Eduardo Suniga, Son Seberiano Suniga and Daughter Gloria Suniga.
The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 12, 2021 at 9:00am at St. Helen Catholic Church
