Mr. Samuel Willard Kirby's Obituary
Samuel Willard Kirby, 71, of Richmond, passed away on August 27, 2012. Willard serviced in the military for 4 years and as a Peace Officer for more than 20 years. He leaves behind his brother, Claude and sister-in- law, Billie Kirby; nieces and nephews, Robert Kirby, Mark (Dee) Kirby and Alice Kirby-Kaase; 8 great nieces and nephews and friend, Sandy Johnson. Willard was greatly appreciative and thankful to his dear friend and attorney, Rhea Stevens for helping him through this difficult time and Sandy Johnson for assisting and caring for him. In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to "100 Club of Houston".
