Sammy Aleman Camacho Jr.'s Obituary
On Friday, February 12, 2021, Sammy A. Camacho, Jr., passed away at the age of 24. Sammy was born on December 23, 1996 in Nassau Bay, Texas, to Sammy Camacho, Sr. and Martha Bejarano and was raised in Pearland, Texas.
Sammy was mentored by his Grandfather Julian Bejarano, Sr. and Aunt Yolanda Bejarano who showed him how to become a responsible young man. He had a passion for the great outdoors as fishing, hunting and working on classic trucks. He loved to play video games and hanging out with his friends but mostly he was devoted to his little sister Victoria and his girlfriend, Kristi Souksavath and god daughter, Elaina Uribe. Sammy was a hard worker and was working at Discount Tire to put himself through college to become a Chemical Engineer with a minor in Criminal Justice. He was one year away from attending Sam Houston State University, Huntsville, Texas. He was also known for his excellent ethics, his intellect, infectious laugh, and his kind and compassionate spirit.
Sammy was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Julian Bejarano, Sr. and Manuel Camacho, his uncle Julian Bejarano, Jr. and Shane Camacho.
He is survived by his grandmother, Juana Bejarano, his sister, Victoria Camacho, his aunts, Yolanda Bejarano, Marie Bustamante, and Nora Uribe (Edward); his uncles, Eddie Bejarano and Roland Bejarano (Deeanna) and several cousins.
