Mrs. Sallie Giddens Godwin's Obituary
Sallie Giddens Godwin, 83 of Houston, TX went to be with the Lord on December 17, 2009. Sallie was born in Tampa, FL to Harley and Laura Johnston Mott. She dearly loved her family and friends and spent many years of her life in Houston where she enjoyed teaching elementary age children in Pasadena ISD. She brought much joy to all those touched by her life. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Jack Godwin, her parents, her brother James Mott and sister Margaret Mott Tidwell. Survivors include her son, Martin Godwin and his wife Elizabeth; step grandchildren, Richard and Christine. Interment will be held at SouthPark Cemetery.
