Royal Linn Rich's Obituary
PASADENA- Royal L. Rich, 74, died unexpectedly March 21, 2026. He was born January 21, 1952, in Houston, Texas, the son of Leroy H. Rich, and Tressa J. (Stanley) Rich.
Royal (Roy) retired from Coastal Cargo – Texas, Inc. as a heavy equipment operator in 2017. He could often be found riding his Harley-Davidson on the open highway or tinkering with it in the garage. Roy was also an enthusiastic firearms collector.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Meri. He is survived by a sister, Pamela Harris and her husband, Danny; daughters, Diane C. Rogers and her husband, Scott, Kandi Trevino and her husband, Juan; stepson, Christopher Linnett; five grandchildren, Raylynn Purifoy, Sabriah Purifoy, Chloe Black and her husband, John, Korbin Trevino, Christian Trevino; great grandson, Ozzy Black; niece, Shawnee Estes and her husband, Jud.
A celebration of life will be held 4:30 p.m. Saturday, April 4 at South Park Funeral Home, 1310 N. Main St., Pearland, TX 77581.
