Rotha Seak's Obituary
Rotha Seak also known as Pech was born in Pursat Cambodia to Korm Seak and Sout Tat on June 1st 1955. She was one of nine children. She married her husband Chhath Oun in 1978. She then proceeded to have 3 children Lyda, Samedy, and Darlene. In 2005 she and her family moved from Pursat to Biddeford Maine. Then in 2012 she again moved to Houston Texas, where she lived until her final days.
She leaves behind her husband Chhath Oun. Her oldest daughter Lyda Oun, her husband Sopheak Oun, and their 3 children Sodanin, Sodana, and Davin Oun. Her middle child Samedy Oun, his wife Sokunthea Ros, and their two children William and Elissa Oun. Her youngest daughter Darlene Oun, her husband Rithy Kaing, and their two children Steven and Jenny Kaing. Her sisters Phisonn Howe, Chandouern Seak, and both of their families.
Tragedy struck in November of 2017 where Pech was diagnosed with stomach cancer. Pech did not let this stop her to live her life to the fullest. She loved to spend quality time with all her 7 grandchildren and children. She had such a big heart that was filled with kindness, that she would always put her kids and grandchildren first, before her own needs. She loved to eat, especially any Cambodian food. Her favorite color was red. She loved both of her two living sisters. You can always find them either together or talking on the phone with each other. With a long battle with cancer Pech took her last breath on January 23rd 2020.
