Roscoe Donald Strong, 80, of Houston, Texas passed away December 14, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents; Blaine and Margaret Strong and sisters; Jane Smith and. Ann Golden; Mr. Strong was survived by his loving wife; Barbara Strong, Sons; D.P. Strong and wife Jill and Billy Strong and wife Elizabeth, brother; Dan Strong, 5 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends. The family will receive friends Wednesday, December 17, 2014 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Southpark Funeral Home, 1310 North Main St., Pearland, Texas 77581. A funeral Service will be held to honor Mr. Strong’s life Thursday December 18, 2014 10:00 AM at Cokesbury United Methodist Church, 10030 Scarsdale Blvd, Houston, Texas 77089.
