Rosario lived in Piedras Negras until 1956, where at the age of fifteen she moved to Galveston, Texas where she later met and married Arthur Lovelle in 1967. She later moved to Houston, Texas where they raised their family and were happily married for almost 40 years. She worked at Holly Hall Retirement Community for twenty-five years where she received a certificate for her many years of faithful service. She enjoyed watching music videos and listening to music so much that she made it a part of her everyday life. Some of her favorite artists were Ricky Nelson, NXIS and, most importantly, Elvis Presley, whom she had the pleasure of meeting at a concert one year. Rosario was preceded in death by her husband Arthur Gains Lovelle, parents Bernardino and Carmen Aguilar and mother Teresa Garza Aguilar.
Rosario is survived by her children Jimmy G. Lovelle, Teresa G. Evans and her husband Robert Todd Evans, grandchildren Christina Marie Kelley Sanchez and her husband Victor Sanchez, Christopher Brian Kelley and Julian Dale Edington, her uncle and aunt Jesus and Adela Espinoza, her brothers and sisters: Rosa, Mary, John Joe, Jesus, Gabriel, Ben, Antonio, Sandra, Mary, Diane and her loving nieces, nephews and numerous other relatives.
