Ronald Charles May
A beloved son, father, and grandfather, Ronald Charles May passed away peacefully on
December 28, 2024, surrounded by his loving daughters.
Ronald was born on May 13, 1963, in Houston, TX. In his younger days, he was a man of many
passions, with fishing, riding motorcycles, and playing pool holding a special place in his heart.
He brought joy and laughter to all who knew him and was known for his quick wit and
unwavering loyalty to his family and friends. His courage and loving spirit will be deeply
missed.
Ronald is survived by his mother, Joyce Gail May, his father, John Charles May, his daughters,
Monica Gail May and husband George Ortiz, Felicia Natalie May and husband William Richard,
and Jessica Pearl May Reyna and husband David Reyna, his grandchildren, Nathan Ortiz, John
Ortiz, Alanah Richard, Tristan Richard, Zoey Richard, Camila Reyna, and Natalio Reyna, and
the only woman he's ever loved and mother of his children, ex-wife, Lidia May. As well as his
aunt Carolyn and husband John Shuffler, and multiple family and friends.
He will be forever remembered for his infectious laughter and the quote from his favorite song
Hotel California, "They just can't kill the beast."
