Robert Cisneros, October 31, 1963~September 11, 2013 of Port Lavaca, TX passed away peacefully in Palacios, TX. He was born in Crosbyton, TX to Angelita R. Cisneros and Epifanio Cisneros. He married Mary Ellen Flores in 1997. He is survived by his wife and children Adam, Travis, Crystal all of Angleton and Joseph of Port Lavaca; one grandson Adam Isaac Cisneros of Angleton; his father, Epifanio and brother, Sonny of Alvin; sister, Virginia Huaracha of Texas City. He was preceded in death by his mother and brothers, Joel and Joseph Cisneros.
