Raymond E. Macklin's Obituary
Raymond Macklin, 27 passed away September 17, 2021. Raymond was born August 6, 1994 in Nassau Bay, Texas. Raymond had a natural ability to master many challenges just for fun, excitement and to the bewilderment of his family, friends and fans. Most notably Raymond was a great pool player, an amazing salesman, and loved to hunt any chance he got. Quite frankly he was an all-around great athlete – played high school football, baseball and would play volleyball with the family at every opportunity.
He had a love for traveling, from the mountains to the beach, no adventure was out of reach. Judging by the many photos of his travels abroad tell a much happier and exciting story. Though shy at times, Raymond’s experience in high school choir earned him the unmistakable reputation of the deep, sweet, singing cowboy as he serenaded his family and friends in his boots and jeans every time a country song was played.
Ray was a wonderful daddy, son, brother, nephew, grandson, co-worker and most of all, friend. He was a man who never met a stranger. His greatest love was his family, especially his beautiful daughter Raynee and her Mommy, his “old lady” Alyssa. He strived to be a better man each and every day, in every aspect of his all too short life. He always walked around with a smile and was a light in every room he entered. He will be missed by many as he was loved by all.
