Raymond Benton Jr.'s Obituary
Raymond Benton Jr. was born on March 2nd, 1959, to loving parents Raymond Benton and Eleanor Wilson. He grew up in Ohio and later moved to Texas where he met his beautiful wife, Elena Garcia.
Raymond was an avid Cleveland Indians fan and Chief Wahoo could reasonably be described as his spirit animal. His entire personality consisted of the Beatles and there was no greater fan of the band on Earth. It is quite possible he has the largest Beatles collection of fan memorabilia known to man. Raymond adored his grandchildren and could be found slipping them cash, teaching them how to play poker, or gamble. Since he was a child at heart himself, his happiest moments were spending time with his grandbabies.
Raymond is joined in Heaven by both his parents and his sister Nancy. He leaves behind his loving wife Elena Garcia. His stepson Wade Lucas. His stepdaughter Lisa Moore and husband Justin Moore. His beloved grandbabies: Carson Moore, Nolan Moore, Gracie Lucas, Glorie Lucas, and Wade Jr. Lucas. His siblings Carolyn, Patty, and Susie. His adored nephews and nieces: Paul, Michael, Jimmy, Kelly, and Kary. His family and friends will miss his boisterous personality and infectious laugh. He was always the center of attention. We know he is in Heaven waiting until the day we can all be reunited.
